Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Little Lumps purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us so that we can assist you.

1. How to Request an Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact cherise@littlelumps.co.za to arrange the exchange.

Please contact us before sending any items back.

2. Conditions for Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges on merchandise that is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned within 30 days of receipt

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be accepted for exchange.

3. Changing Size or Item

If you have ordered the incorrect size or would like to exchange your garment for a different size, we will gladly assist, subject to availability.

Courier fees for exchanges due to a change of size or item will be charged to the customer.

Goods exchanged for a different size or item will be exchanged at the current selling value of the product.

4. Manufacturing Faults

If your item has a manufacturing fault when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the fault has been assessed and confirmed as a manufacturing fault, Little Lumps will either:

• Replace the faulty product; or
• Issue a full credit for the value of the faulty product.

In the case of a confirmed manufacturing fault, Little Lumps will cover the courier cost of returning the faulty item to us in Somerset West.

5. Personalised Products

Because personalised products are made especially for you, we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns on personalised items due to a change of mind, incorrect size or other personal preference.

Please check your personalisation details and size carefully before placing your order.

If a personalised item has a manufacturing fault or we have made an error with the personalisation supplied on your order, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and assist you.

6. Important Information

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

All approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
