SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery options are:
Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.

Collect – You can choose to collect from our Shop in Somerset West

Collection hours: Mon- Thurs: 09h00 – 16h00 and Friday: 09h00-14h00

2. Little Lumps only delivers to street addresses and we only deliver during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly.

3. Delivery costs are:

R120.00 countrywide and free delivery if the order is over R1000

4. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 -7 working days. 

Please note that courier delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

5. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so that you can follow your parcel.

6. We currently only ship within South Africa.
