We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa.

You can choose to collect your order from our shop in Somerset West.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

2. Delivery Address

Little Lumps delivers only to street addresses.

Our courier service delivers during normal business hours and does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address provided.

3. Delivery Costs

Standard courier delivery: R120

FREE delivery on orders over R1,000.

This applies to deliveries within South Africa.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, courier delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that courier deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Personalised Orders

Personalised products are made especially for you and may require additional processing time.

Please allow additional time for personalisation before your order is dispatched.

If you need a personalised order by a specific date — for example, for a baby shower, birth, hospital discharge or special occasion — please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether we can meet your required date.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so that you can follow your parcel's progress.
